Her debut as an actor was in the year 201 when she was selected to be part of the Australian Soap soap opera Home and Away where she had a minor role in two episodes. Her performance in the limited character was so impressive that the casting agent for the show wanted to cast her in the major roles in the series. The actress did however audition for the role but she wasn't selected. Instead, on the same show, she got to play the role of Cassie Turner, who is a troubled teenager who is placed in foster care.
