Pooja Shegde was a born in Mumbai, Maharashtra India 13 October, 1991. She was an Indian Film Actress and Model known for her roles in film productions like Tamil Telugu and Hindi. Her personal life was in an Hindu family with Manjunath and Latha Hegde. Rishabh Hegde, her sibling is. Pooja as well as her family members are mostly Udupi. The Pooja Hegde family is not just Hindi but also speaks other languages like Tamil Telugu Kannada and English very well. Pooja has always been interested in fashion and modelling since childhood. She then decided to go after a career as models and actors. Her first modeling experience was while she was still studying. She took part at the Miss Universe India contest where she became the second runner-up. Following this, she focused on her future in film. Mughmodo the film that she made her debut of her professional career, was the result of an encounter with many south-based film makers. For a chance to make it in the cinema she approached several south film producers as well. Mughmodo was her debut film to make it into her professional career. Oka Laila Kosam was the film she was that was offered. She then received several film offers, and appeared in several films from south India. In the year 2016 she had her Bollywood debut with Ashutosh govarikar's movie Mohanjo Dara, in which she was in the lead role alongside Hrithik. The film was an enormous commercial success before she moved back to the South. Her debut films included a couple of Telugu films after her Bollywood debut, such as Saakshyam aravinda Sametha Venera Raghava (Maharshi) as well as Saakshyam. Her films all went well at box office and she was featured in Bollywood movie Housefull 4.
